Soak the rice in water for approximately 20 minutes. Drain the water and set it aside.
Bring 4 cups of water to boil to that add ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon oil. Add the soaked rice to the boiling water. Reduce the flame and cook the rice till it cooked 90%. Drain the excess water and distribute the rice on a plate, so that it gets cooled evenly.
Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped garlic, chopped onion and saute, well till the raw smell of garlic goes off. Add chopped capsicum, carrots, cabbage, beans, pinch of salt and saute well on high flame for a minute. Keep stirring continuously so that they do not stick to the bottom to the pan. Reduce the flame to low and add schezwan sauce and mix well. Add cooked rice, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper power and mix well. Keep mixing and tossing until the sauce and rice mix well. Finally add chopped spring onion for garnish .
